All materials contained on this website are owned by Gifts Divine + Design. You may download the Order Form for your personal use however the designs of gift range items, handmade cards + personalised stationery featured on this site may not be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any design and/or publishing material without written permission from Gifts Divine + Design.

The information contained within this site is provided with the understanding that Gifts Divine + Design makes no warranty of any kind in relation to the content or accuracy of the information and product descriptions. From time to time, materials used in production, may change slightly in colouring and/or size. If this is the case, a representative from Gifts Divine + Design will contact you to advise of any changes to the original product description or use of the products supplied by our studio at time of placing your order.

Gifts Divine + Design assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your computer/equipment upon use of this site.

privacy
We respect your privacy and do not share your contact details with any other third parties. We may from time to time use your contact details to provide you with Gifts Divine + Design product updates or new releases. If you would not like to receive any product updates or new release information please contact our studio.

personalised orders
When Gifts Divine + Design receive your order, we shall check the spelling and information provided by you to confirm your order. If after this time, the personalisation details you have 'provided and confirmed' - change and/or are incorrect, we will not accept responsibility and returns will not be accepted and a refund will not be payable. A new order should be placed and paid for by the customer.

If we deliver an item which has incorrect personalisation details on it and it is by fault of Gifts Divine + Design then we shall provide you with a replacement of the same item at no extra cost to you. The item however will need to be re-produced and production time and delivery will be advised.

returns
Please select your gift carefully as each gift item in the Gifts Divine + Design range has some element of personalisation in its production and as a result we do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind on your selection.

Should you receive an item which is faulty - returns will only be confirmed if you contact Gifts Divine + Design within 24 hours upon receipt of delivery and advise of any product faults. At this time we will discuss with you a) the return of the faulty item and b) the new replacement product delivery timing, depending on the item and level of personalisation for that item.

postage + handling
We recommend the use of registered post so we are able to track and trace parcels. A signature is also required on delivery/receipt of goods. Some range items have been quoted to include postage + handling however in most cases you will need to contact our studio to have postage + handling confirmed for your unique order.

caring for your ceramic gifts and production information
The clear ceramic glaze used in production complies to BS6748:1986 of the British Standards Institute. For further information please contact our studio. We recommend you clean your 'ceramic tableware' separately to avoid any chipping or cracking. Ceramic ware should not be used for the storage of food and/or beverages if the surface has been cracked.
